My Take: First of all, I’m a sucker for anything pink and girly, so as soon as I heard about this new product I new that I had to try it. I’ve been waiting for it to come out and was excited to find it last night. I picked it up in Pink Punch (see below for swatch on my skin). I was a little worried about the colour as it is quite pink (try Barbie pink) in the tube, but once on it was toned down quite a bit once I put it on, leaving a nice hint of colour. I’m not a huge fan of the texture, which is a little waxy, but I must admit it stays on longer than the other lip moisturizers I currently use. I also really like the fact that it has SPF 20 – your lips need sun protection too. It also moisturized my lips nicely – the winter dries them right out. Oh, and did I mention that it smells amazing? Because it does.
The Verdict: This isn’t going to completely replace my current favourite, but it is definitely being added to my lip care lineup – especially since it doubles as a moisturizer and a lip colour.
