I fell in love with the Erdem dress that Emma Watson recently wore to the Perks Of Being A Wallflower premiere at TIFF, and I had to create a mani to go along with it. Check it out:
1. Start with a white base coat (I did two coats of Nina Ultra Pro Nail Enamel in French White)
2. Using a dotting tool, I added spots in black, dark blue and light blue – you can add as much or as little as you like! I used Julep Nail Color in Ursula & Gunta and L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Nail Colour in High Tide.
3. Finish with a top coat to seal it in!
