This February Avon will be adding 26 gorgeous new shades to their Speed Dry+ Line – this polish is fast drying (their claim is 30 seconds for drying time) with a high-shine finish. These polishes are also free of formaldehyde, toluene and dibutyl phthalate.
I got my hands on a few of the shades so I could swatch and give them a try. Each nail has 2 coats of polish – not that they needed more than one – the colours came through very pigmented. Take look:
Other standouts for spring? Pronto Purple and Suddenly Sunny – bright purple and yellow. So pretty! All shades will be available Februar 2013 for $6.99 each.
