This week I decided that it was time for some Valentine’s Day nails to help spread the love – I used Julep polish in Sally for the base and made the heart out of Julep polish in Joan, using tape with a heart shape cut out of it. I finished the look off with Julep’s new Freedom Polymer Top Coat, which you have to have. This stuff is a major mani must have – apply it like a polish, hold your nails under a 60 watt light for 2 minutes, and you have a gel-like finish. I’m so obsessed already.
