I remember when I first fell in love with Converse sneakers. It was first year university and I had a crush on a guy in my dorm who always wore black, low-top Chuck Taylors. The crush wore off but it kindled a love affair with Converse that has since lived on – my best friend actually got me a pair for Christmas that year because she knew how much I loved them.
Ever since, I’ve loved seeing the different styles that Converse has come out with. I recently fell head over heels for a gorgeous pair of Converse Chuck Taylor’s with a gold sparkle toe cap and couldn’t wait to get my hands on them. They’re cute and have a little more “glamour” than you would get from most sneakers that makes them perfect for sprucing up a casual outfit.
