Well, here we go again… It’s time for another Target designer collection – and this one I’m beyond excited for. Last night, it was announced that the next limited edition collection will be Lilly Pulitzer for Target. Cue beachy, resort wear and bright, bold prints.

Known for her iconic prints, which originated as she created her individualistic shift dresses which she wore working at her lemonade stand (Jackie Kennedy was a fan), Pulitzer was one of the pioneers of American resort wear.
This fun collection is anything but boring, and boasts an astounding 250 pieces ranging from apparel, accessories & shoes to outdoor entertaining accessories & travel essentials. My only issue? It comes out after my trip to Florida next month – I’ve already spotted a few pieces from the collection that I wish I could take along with me… For example, the adorbs starfish sandals below.
This limited edition offering features 15 new prints which were created exclusively by Lilly Pulitzer artists for Target. I’m already drooling over all the bright, fun and completely eye-catching items (those umbrellas – oh em gee.) and can guarantee I’ll be out the door first thing in the morning on April 19th (launch date) to get to my local Target. And since it comes out the day before my birthday, I don’t have to feel guilty about buying everything… Right?
The Lilly Pulitzer for Target collection will be available in stores in the U.S. and Canada along with Target.com on April 19th. I’ll be sure to share photos from the line when I have them. Are you excited for this collection?
