Blushing beauty? The new NYX Sweet Cheeks Blush Palette ($29.99 CAD) is going to need to find a way into your makeup bag. The carefully curated palette contains a mix of 8 rosy-hued blushes for a combination that will look great on any skin tone.
The blush shades available in the palette were chosen to help brighten the complexion, while being completely customizable; it’s easy to combine shades on the skin to find the perfect hue to complement your look. The two shades on the top left have a bit of shimmer to them, making them perfect for adding a little highlight and glow. Aside from the first two shades, the remaining are nice and matte, with a velvety texture that glides onto the skin and blends easily.
In terms of pigmentation, all 8 blushes have great colour payoff – they show up on the skin exactly as they appear in the pan, building up nicely with continued application. Start off slow with a lighter shade and try building up the colour with one of the deeper tones until you find your perfect flush.
