Do you ever have those nights where you just want to climb into bed, get cozy and pass out? I will totally admit that I’m guilty of going to bed every now and then without taking my makeup off – yup, total beauty blogger faux pas. I do it. You do it. We all do it. The thing is there’s a way easier solution to the full face of makeup pass out, and it’s one that I’ve been sticking to for a while now. Neutrogena Make-Up Removing Cleansing Wipes have become a go-to for me when it comes to quick cleansing.
The wipes, which now come in many different varieties to suit your needs (more on that later), are the perfect addition to a beauty routine for someone on the go. I love how easily these wipes remove my makeup, leaving my skin feeling fresh and clean without leaving behind any residue. I’ve started keeping a package on my nightstand for easy access on those nights when I’m just too lazy to go through my nighttime routine. A few quick swipes takes everything off and I just follow up with a bit of moisturizer afterwards to prep my skin for sleep. I find that they’re really gentle on my skin, especially around my eyes – I’ve got to get all of that mascara and eyeliner off! They’re also perfect for throwing in a bag before you head out the door when you need a quick touch-up or want to freshen up after a gym visit.
They’ve also recently introduced the new Neutrogena Fragrance Free All-in-One Make-up Removing Cleansing Wipes which are perfect for people with sensitive skin or issues with scented products. They’re alcohol-free and have been tested by both opthamologists and dermatologists.
The wipes also come in a few other versions depending on your needs. The Hydrating version is perfect for when you’re doing a little travelling; I love using them to freshen up after a flight or long car ride and love how perfect they are for a quick update on the go. I have a pack with me on my Costa Rica trip and I find they’re perfect for beach days. The Naturals version is free of sulfates, dyes and parabens, making them extremely gentle on your skin. I love the Night Calming version for before I head off to bed – they have a really calming scent that helps me get into a calm mood before I drift off to sleep.
Do you use cleansing wipes when you’re feeling a little too lazy to take your makeup off?
