From the moment we stepped into our corner suite at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, we were blown away by its spaciousness and sheer beauty. The room featured a cozy sitting area, an unbelievably comfortable bed that made for a much-needed good night’s sleep, and a luxurious jacuzzi tub where we could unwind and indulge in some extra relaxation. The view of the surrounding area with the Falls peeking through added an extra touch of magic to our stay. The attention to detail and the thought put into every aspect of the suite truly made it a home away from home.
No getaway at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is complete without a visit to their spa! We treated ourselves to relaxation massages at The Spa at Seneca, where we had a chance to take a little time out for some TLC. The spa area itself is a haven of tranquillity, with beautiful amenities and a serene sitting area where you can unwind before and after treatments. Snacks and light beverages are provided, and alcoholic drinks are available for purchase. The separate spa guest area with a sauna, steam room (my personal favourite!), and a whirlpool tub added an extra touch of luxury to our day of pampering. The best part? You can continue to use these throughout the day before and after your treatment – take a break for lunch and come back later to enjoy!
One of the highlights of our stay was spending time at the resort’s inviting pool area. The large pool, complete with two hot tubs, provided the perfect opportunity to relax even more after our visit to the spa. If the summer weather is making you want to spend a little time outside, make sure you take a break on the rooftop terrace where you can bask in the warm sun! It was the perfect spot to unwind and I highly recommend taking advantage of this incredible amenity during your stay.
Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is a food lover’s paradise, with an impressive array of dining options – The Western Door Steakhouse, la Cascata (Italian), Koi (Asian fusion), Full.Plate Eatery (with a full buffet), Three Sisters Café, Blues Burger Bar, and several other lounge and food options. We had the pleasure of dining at The Western Door Steakhouse, a beautiful restaurant located on the upper level of the resort. The menu offered a wide variety of choices, from perfectly cooked steaks to delectable seafood dishes, and the staff were always attentive and helpful. We were particularly impressed with the New York Strip and Filet Mignon, both of which were tender and full of flavour. The lobster bisque was an absolute must-try (trust me!), while the pork chop, scallops and beet carpaccio showcased the culinary diversity of the menu. I also highly recommend ordering the Candied Sweet Potato Medallions as an accompaniment to your meal. To top it all off, we indulged in a slice of the mouthwatering Chocolate WOW Cake from local bakery The Village Bake Shoppe in Lewiston, NY. It was the cherry on top of a delicious dining experience.
After a delightful dinner, we made our way to the vibrant casino to embrace the excitement and entertainment that Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is famous for.
