I’m sure my Torontonian readers are familiar with Luminato, or have at least heard the buzz around the city. The Luminato Festival, which runs from June 6th to 15th this year, embraces music, theatre, dance, visual arts, literature, film and celebrations of all kinds throughout Toronto. There are tons of amazing events and performances taking place throughout the city – learn more here!
Anyways, I wanted to share an activation taking place that week that I’m sure my beauty loving friends will enjoy. L’Oreal Paris has set up their own lifeguard-inspired beach house in the festival hub at David Pecaut Square (55 John St) to help everyone have a little fun and to share some more information on practicing safe sun this summer. The beach house features a Sublime Sun Texture bar where you can learn about the 13 new sun-protection products, and if you make a donation to the Skin Cancer Foundation you’ll get to take home a full-sized sample of your favourite Sublime Sun product. I’m going to be checking the beach house out tonight, so make sure you follow me on Instagram or Twitter to get a peek at the beach house! The L’Oreal Paris beach house will be open to festival-goers on the following dates and times:
- June 10, 5 pm – 8 pm
- June 11, 11 am – 2 pm
- June 12, 5 pm – 8 pm
- June 13, 11 am – 2 pm
Will you be checking out Luminato or the L’Oreal Paris beach house this week?
