In keeping in line with yesterday’s post, we’re sticking with the entertaining theme. When it comes to holiday festivities, I’m the kinda person who likes to go all out – decor, great music, fun games, and great eats. Today I’ve partnered with two brands, Staub and Ballarini, that will make your holiday entertaining even better.
Both of these brands are well known for their incredible cookware – with gorgeous products that make cooking and preparing for a get together a snap. I’m a huge fan of Staub’s ceramic pieces that are perfect for both cooking and presentation, and Ballerini’s aluminum cookware is fantastic for so many different dishes. They both offer pieces that are great for both gifting or for treating yourself to something new for the kitchen.
One of my favourite products from Staub is their Ceramic Round Mini Cocottes, which are perfect for serving personal-sized dishes or dips for sharing, like this spinach dip recipe:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 package of vegetable soup mix
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped green onion, for garnish
- Combine all ingredient except for cheddar cheese and green onion in a bowl. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Split evenly into Staub Ceramic Mini Cocottes. Top with shredded cheese and broil in oven until melted.
- Garnish with green onion and serve.
